Questions about EV charger installation
Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?
Not always. The load check tells us whether your panel has room. If it does not, there are options, and a panel upgrade is one of them.
Hardwired or plug-in?
Both work. A hardwired charger has no plug to wear out. A plug-in unit on a heavy-duty outlet is easier to take with you if you move. We will tell you which fits your setup.
Can you install a charger I already bought?
Yes. We check that it suits your car and your panel, then install it on the right circuit.
